Leah is a passionate leader in all aspects of her life. She has been working in the health and fitness field for 20 years. Leah has taught a variety of fitness classes such as spin, cardio kickboxing, step aerobics, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) classes. Sharing her love of fitness with others and helping others meet their health and fitness goals is what drives Leah to be the powerhouse of an instructor that we see her as. Leah is also a Physical Education teacher at a local elementary school. Within her daytime career, Leah strives to teach her students the benefits of being active and fit for life.
