Yes, you’re on the trailing edge of the bell-curve; it’s uncommon but certainly not unheard of or terribly unusual. In fact, it’s pretty understandable. This is often a transitionary period for people, trying to balance education with work and a social life – made all the harder if you’re one of the 60% of college students staring down the barrel of paying off those college loans. Some of you may have spent more time focusing on your studies or work. Others may still be in the middle of shaking off old identities and trying to work out social anxieties and inexperience.

“I will always remember that someday when it’s my time-he will fill that space inside me and I’ll be whole again ❤We just finished watching the Notebook yesterday and I said ‘That’s how it was supposed to be. We were supposed to go together. So when it’s my time someday-come find me and take me where “we’re supposed to go because I don’t want to go anywhere without you’ @1dayumay#loveofmylife #myoneandonly#illbeseeingyou#ilovedyoutheniloveyounowiloveyoualways #richpiana #livelaughlove #respect#love #peace #positivevibes#positivevibesonly.”

The healthy balanced diet continues, I’m now 12 stone 5lbs, my upper body ‘tone’ is as good as it was 25 years ago when I was still playing squash and football regularly. Off on holiday next week wearing 34″ waist shorts and Medium T Shirts instead of squeezing into XL shorts and XXL shirts. Healthy diet & Body Pump has done it for me. The diet slimmed me down and BP has shaped me. I love the music & the class setting. In the gym I do a bit of this and that, concentrating on nothing in particular. Body Pump gives you a directed workout on all the major muscle groups in 1 hour, period. It’s up to you to use your brain and go online and check out the details. You have to use weights that challenge but don’t potentially injure you…….and FORM is crucial. If your instructor is on the ball they will contstantly point this out, that’s what they are cetificated to do. Women tend to go too low on weights, men too high. Instructors are not there to wet nurse you unless you’re paying personal trainer fees, you have to do some thinking for yourself if you want results and 10,000 gyms worldwide (allegedly) can’t all be wrong.

So how am I feeling? I’m doing quite well compared to past days so that’s definitely a plus. I’m still dry, flakey, itchy, red etc etc blah blah blah this will not be new news to you for the next couple months lol. The oozing spots have essentially dried up and the skin underneath has pretty much gone back to normal so I’m happy about that. One thing I’ve got to mention though is the insomnia. It’s fucked. I cannot, I repeat I cannot sleep at night. It wasn’t as bad in the beginning, but as the days progressed you could clearly tell the body was doing it’s own thing internally. I believe it’s all connected to the adrenal glands. Anyways, point is I can’t sleep. Even when I’ve stayed up for like 36 hours and I’m on the brink of exhaustion, if I fall asleep I can only get in like 2-3 hours. Benadryls are the only thing that are able to knock me out. But I only take those once every 2 days or so. I also have a internally bruised knuckle. I have to deal with the cold chills still, I’m pretty much always wrapped up in a blanket because it’s just so cold. Also, I’ve also developed a rash on my palm it’s really gross. It’s weird how everyone on TSW has all these fucked up symptoms, I guess the body is just going nuts and is doing what it has to do to heal.
